APPOINTMENT
OF ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISOR LAW FIRM. Office of the Administrator. J&K State
Property in Pakistan Lahore, requires the services of two Advocates to serve as
Assistant Legal Advisors on monthly Retainer ship basis of Rs.80,000/- per
month. to render legal advice, defend/file cases in various courts of Law up to
Supreme Court of Pakistan on behalf of Federation of Pakistan and Administrator
J&K State Property in Pakistan.
The
cases mostly pertain to the courts at Lahore and Rawalpindi.
The
interested legal advisor/ firm, having at least 07 year practice experience of
Advocate of High Court in cases of land revenue, are requested to submit their
bio-data/C.V along with experience details mentioning the cases handled by them
and attaching all relevant documents to the undersigned within a period of 15
days on the publishing of this advertisement.
The
appointment will be subject to approval by Ministry of Law and Justice,
Government of Pakistan.
(a)
Having experience of Civil Litigation of Property/Estate Cases at least for ten
years.
(b)
Lawyer either self-employed or senior partner (owner of Law firm)
(c)
Lawyer having qualification certified by the bar council
(d)
Having successful decision in favour in reputed cases of PLDs will be given
weightage.
(e)
Experience as Lawyer in civil litigation.
(f)
Lawyer indicating status of license (District Court. High Court, Supreme Court)
with details, mentioning date of issue.
(g)
Number of reported cases, if any. Candidates having more reported cases will be
given weightage.
(h)
Candidate must not have personal record of crime etc.
