Project Management Organization (PMO) for the World Bank assisted Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Hydro Power and Renewable Energy Development Program

from HEC recognized University/registered with PEC. ·

have at least 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in
Engineering Project Management with 3 years' specific experience in BPS-17 or
equivalent level in Construction Projects preferably in Hydropower. ·
Preference
will be given to candidates having knowledge of project management
fundamentals, GOKP & GOP Planning and Management procedures and
experience of projects financed by World Bank or other multilateral financing
organization ·
Maximum

BPS-17 or equivalent level in Construction Projects preferably in Hydropower.
Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of project management

Degree or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized registered with PEC.
Additional qualification in law will be given preference. ·
Should
have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience pertaining to and
affairs with minimum 3 years' specific experience in purchase/acquisition of
land preferably worked in projects Deputy Director financed by foreign
development agencies Purchase of Land ·
Preference
will be given to candidates having knowledge of land purchase/land
acquisition laws and process pertaining government projects, procedure in
dealing with revenue department and project management, procedural and
substantial lows with special reference to Land Acquisition Cases, Land
Acquisition Act Rules: ·
Should
have skill and ability to draft legal documents like plaint, written
statement. Appeal objections, preparation, implementation and maintenance of
Resettlement Action Plan, Resettlement Budget, Entitlement Matrix and to
handle Grievance Redress Mechanism. ·
Computer
proficiency in MS Word, MS Exceland MS Power Point is essential. ·

Finance 1 with 3 years' specific experience in BPS-17 or equivalent level. ·
Preference
will be given to candidates having knowledge of working in provincial Finance
Department, Auditor General of Pakistan Office, Office of Accountant General,
planning Department/commission and experience of projects financed by World
Bank or other multilateral financing organization. ·

Duly
filled & Signed Application Data Form along with updated CV/resume and
attested copies of testimonials (CNIC, All Educational Certificates/degrees,
Experience Certificates, 02 Passport size photographs and other supporting
documents) to be sent by registered courier company before the closing date of
applications complete in all respects must reach the office of the undersigned
not later than December 06, 2021. By hand Applications, those received after

PEDO Board.

Selection
of Project / Contractual and regular employees already working in PEDO in the
ongoing developmental projects or against regular positions shall be subject to
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from CEO PEDO.
·
Appointment
will be on contract basis extendable on yearly basis till the completion of the
project, subject to satisfactory performance. In case of unsatisfactory
performance, service can be terminated by the organization with 15 days prior
notice.
·
The
posts are project posts and will automatically abolish on completion of the
projects.
·
Applicants
should have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa merged areas (Erstwhile FATA).
·
All

All appointments will be subject to approval of PC-1 and availability of fund.

Salaries
will be as per Project Policy 2008 (as amended from time to time).
