ANNOUNCEMENT KPOGCL Board of Directors is looking for dynamic and energetic
professionals for the following positions.
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
3. Company Secretary
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
4. Chief Internal Audit (CIA)
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
Candidates should be
experienced professionals, having extensive knowledge and understanding of Oil
and Gas Industry. This position is for three years on contract basis. The ideal
candidate should have at least twenty (20) years' work experience in the Oil
and Gas industry, of which at least five (05) years should be at the senior
management level. Experience of heading organization as CEO/MD will be
preferred. Eligible candidates should possess a post-graduate degree in any
disciplines of Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Law and Public Administration.
Candidates must not be more than 62 years of age on the date of advertisement.

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Member of a
recognized body of professional accountants or a person holding a master degree
in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission,
with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience. Eligible candidates can

3. Company Secretary:
Member of a
recognized body of professional accountants; or member of a recognized body of
corporate or chartered secretaries; or Person holding a master degree in
business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university
recognized by the Higher Education Commission, with at least five (05) years
relevant experience.Eligible candidates can only apply online through

4. Chief Internal Audit (CIA):
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or certified internal auditor; or certified fraud examiner; or Certified internal control auditor: or person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, with at least (05) five years relevant experience. candidates with Oil and Gas Experience. Salary package perks and privileges
would be negotiable and commensurate with the qualifications and relevant
